These training straps allowed me to set up a mini gym right at home. I have them anchored to the top and bottom of the door. Curls, pull downs, lawn mowers can all be done anywhere. Great little tool a must have for the gym on the go.

Works like it is supposed to. Kind of hard to put on your door and close it, I am short and had to have someone help me.

Use for working out, to early to know how it will hold up having only used it once

Typical made in China cheap rubbish I was optimistic however thought I would give it ago however on arrival there is no way in hell I’m putting my body weight in the hands of these. They feel cheap, look cheap and the stitching is questionable as well as the foam. You get what you pay for and I rather like my face.

The only thing i didn’t like was the length as it is a bit to short,would have given five star rating if it was two inches longer!.

I wondered why there were 4 but they came in really useful. Great buy, very highly recommend these.
