It works, and if you're ok with using a proprietary software - it works well!
So... first's thing first - setting this one up is a bitch,1. You need a specific app for it2. The app needs so many permissions my head started to spin3. You cannot use this one with any "known" or "wide-spread" home automation software (application HomeKit, google home, Samsung smart things, home assistantAnd perhaps worse of all - Adding these outlets is not as easy as the comments make it seem!Yes it has an auto-scan and it does eventually work (turn it on, press for 5 seconds, wait for the flashing light to well... flash and turn on autoscan), but you have to wait for 2 minutes if not more (if it doesn't find in 2 minutes - kill the app and start again),Once it is connected on your network it will work nicely with their own app and you can even add scheduling and smart automations... but only with iBright devices so it is useless unless you are super invested in their eco-system,If you have other networks (like a 5g or another router) you can still control the switches, which is a great touch but if you want to transfer the outlets to another network (lets say you got a new router...) then prepare yourself for another painful experience of re-adding the deviceAll in all, it was a deep I took in order to start smartening my home and personally - I'm disappointed enough to take another break of it :/

Good Smart Outlets
I got this for a couple of lamps.Pros:- Easy to configure- Uses Smart Life App- Timer / Schedule Functions- Manual On/Off Button- Compatible with Amazon Alexa- Compatible with Google Home AssistantCons:- NoneWhat you get in the package:2 x IBRIGHT Smart Plugs1 x User ManualWhat I liked about this IBRIGHT Smart Plug product was a breeze to install and setup. I already use the Smart Life App for other wifi devices in my home. So it was simple to just add a new device. You just select the + button to add a new device. Plug the device in and hold the power button down for at least 5 seconds. The light on the power button with begin to flash. Once that occurred, I just did an auto scan and it detected the new device in about 15 seconds and had it configured in another 15 seconds. Then was immediately ready for use.You have a couple of options in the Smart Life App for setting up a timer or a schedule. The timer is good if you want to keep it on for a specific occasion for a certain amount of time. I personally find the schedule much more useful. As you can setup daily On/Off Schedules. For instance, if you want to plug a lamp into it to make it go on and off several times a night to make it look like someone is up in the house. In my testing, the plug worked flawlessly and I only had a hiccup trying to get it into pairing or configuration mode the very first few times. After you figure that out ... it configured easily. The User Manual goes over a few usage directions, but does not define the difference between the flashing red or flashing blue light. I found that the flashing blue light is the one you need to allow the unit to be detected. After it was configured, I was able to setup all functions in the app .. from manual On/Off Functions to timers to schedules. The schedule is great for our Christmas lights. We hav have them come on every day when it gets dark and turn off an hour or so after we lay down.I was unable to locate any warranty either in the product information or item description. All in all, this is a functional and relatively cheap wifi outlet solution that integrates perfectly into my current solution. The outlet worked as expected and functions without any issues during my testing and beyond.Nice way to remote control an item in your home. This product is made in China.

Not Alexa compatible
Purchased for use with Christmas lights. Ibright program manages auto timer function well but device does not easily pair with Alexa, is not discoverable and steps in written material do not result in pairing.

These work great
I have a few smart bulbs and plugs and love having voice control over small appliances and lights when I am within speaking distance of either of my Echo Dots. This pair of plugs use a different app than most of my others - that is the one downside of smart items. I wish the manufacturers would settle on one or two apps instead of the five or so I have had to install on my phone to sync their smart items. This one requires the IBright app and if you are not familiar with smart items, you have to change your network from 5G to 2G as I have yet to get a smart item that can sync through a 5G network. Once synced with IBright, you must go to your Alexa app on your phone and enable the IBright "skill" so that Alexa can discover these new plugs and add them to any others you may have. I have actually learned a few new things like, say you want to have two items come on at the same time, say you are a coffee drinker and someone else is a tea drinker, you have these two plugs set up in the kitchen. Add the two plugs to your kitchen room, then set "kitchen" to turn on (coffee maker and electric water kettle) at 7:00 AM and (so long as you added coffee to the maker and water to maker and kettle) BAM! You'll wake up to coffee brewing and water boiling in the kettle. Not bad, and that's what I like. I have these two set up in my living room to two table lamps that come on at 8 AM and go off at 11 PM Monday through Friday. It's so cool!

Por el precio son más que excelentes
Fáciles de usar aún que a la primera configuración no vincula con Alexa pero ya a la segunda o tercera (Ojo la primera vez configurando) ya de hay a la primera tienen buena respuesta con Alexa
