Product Description The Umirro Tablet Mount is a modernist design in desktop mounts that's incredibly flexible with the look of a surgical instrument. It's not just another desk mount for your tablet or iPad but rather is a uniquely designed and constructed holder with the look of a modern robotic arm. Its smooth lines and ease of movement will make a dramatic compliment to any work or leisure environment. The secret to the Umirro flexibility is the number of pivoting points engineered into its design. It consists of three primary components that work together to create the perfect mount for your tablet or iPad. The three components consist of the C-clamp & elevator pole, the two articulating arms and the holding bracket. The C-clamp is of a heavy duty construction and opens up to 3-1/8" to accommodate the thickest of desk tops. The elevator pole is anchored to the C-clamp for stability and extends 10-1/4" above the desk surface. The two articulating arms slide up and down the elevator pole by making a simple adjustment. When the articulating arm is set about mid-pole it will position the bottom edge of your iPad or tablet at desktop level but will elevate it 12" above the desktop. When the articulating arm is set at the top of the pole your iPad or tablet sits about 3" above the desktop but will elevate it 15" above the desk surface. The holding bracket has some magic all its own. It not only tilts up and down, it also turns 150 degrees left or 150 degrees right and it also swivels your iPad or tablet 360 degrees like a windmill with an audible clicking sound. And that's not all. There are no locking tabs to set when installing you iPad or tablet onto the holding bracket because it's spring loaded. The holding bracket will hold all 4 iPad versions and tablets up to 10.75" long x 9" wide.

After a few issues - during which the customer service was outstanding, these clamps ended up being the very best we could find. When friends saw ours and loved them we tried to order some as gifts but they were not available. When we were unable to order them we tried several other, much more expensive, clamps and they were totally disappointing. We have been using ours for over two years and they are amazing - not perfect - but very good and so much better than anything else. My husband is disabled and they are a true blessing for him. I hope they were available again soon and would love it if they were made for larger tablets/laptops. The team at Umirro were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Great product
This thing is awesome and sturdy. I use it to hold my iPad and it does the job great, it it well worth the price. The arm has to be attached to a desk and does not have full range of motion but close enough.Update: Nov. 24, 2016. The holder broke which is made out of plastic. It might be repairable if I use super glue or some kind of repair epoxy.

Really sturdy and well made
Really sturdy. My husband uses this to hold his ipad completely steady for Camera Lucida drawing app. The arm once locked into position does not move. The ipad might move a hair in the holder but really negligible.I strongly recommend this product.He has only used it for about 2 hours so I can not attest to the products longevity.

Great product. Strong and well designed. Steady enough to type in my iPad. They should make other for 15-17 inch MacBook Pro.

works well for me!
I'm using it as a music stand (my iPad) for my keyboard. It's high enough for a 6'4" man. It's a little bulky but otherwise well built and works great for my application.
