I’ve had this for only 2 years and it has quit working. Keeps bring up an error.

I have to use a heating pad daily so I have been through several different brands. Most heating pads do not last more than 2 years. The SereneLife brand has been the best and longest lasting by far. I highly recommend this heating pad.

Amazing worth every penny.

This heating pad is huge, which is a major plus for covering my entire aching back after a 12-hour shift on my feet. The controls are intuitive and I like the screen showing the actual temperature and time left before the auto-shutoff. However, the reason I did not give this pad five starts is because the plug that connects to the blanket part slides out of place too easily, and I often unplug it on accident. When that happens, the controls lock out with an error code and I have to reach around behind my couch to unplug then replug in the outlet to the wall socket, which is very annoying and not conducive to being able to relax with a heating pad! I will continue to use this one, but when it comes time to purchase a new one, I will not go with this brand again.

The heat it emits is good, that’s why I gave it a 3. The temperature fluctuates even when I’ve set it and it definitely doesn’t stay in for the full 90 minutes. My old one broke and I couldn’t find it to buy again to I went with this one, but if this one stops working, I will not be purchasing again.

I love that it’s large (I have both neck and back issues). It heats up quickly and be set for 30, 60 or 90 minutes. I wish I could just put it on and it would stay on because I really need it at night for chronic back pain. Other than that, I love it.

I've been down in my back and this thing has been great. Very nice material, easy to read display and long cord. I wish it stayed on permanently but it seems they all have an automatic shutoff now. Very satisfied buyer.
