Since we add nothing to the nuts but the roasting you get the benefit of a raw nut with the flavor of a roasted nut. Our small batch process takes between thirty and forty minutes to roast using a special rotary drum. Because we roast using only the oils found naturally in the nuts a uniquely full flavor and taste.
