My life has been an awesome time in book land ever since my Mom showed me the first mandie book I ever saw. It was "Mandie and the shipboard mystery." When Lois Gladys Leopard wrote the mandie series she took us back in time and gave us heartwarming story of god and his love, giving us a good mystery and sent our imagination souring. My favorite so far is "Mandie and the abandoned mine." I hope other readers enjoy these books as much as I do.

last 2 are not great

I am happy to get the books in one volume. For a while I couldn't find these stories and the bookstore I went to said that they were out of print and unavailable.

My 12 year old daughter loves these books. I love that they have good messages and morals, and they keep kids interested. She can't put them down! I wish I could find more books like this that I can be comfortable with her reading.

my granddaughter loves the Mandy series. This is another great book!

My 11-year-old granddaughter has absolutely loved this series. She's on the last three volumes and is going to be sad when the stories end.

I loved the first story because all the time Mandie was trying to see the tunnel and that was very exciting. I think this was my favourite story out of all the story's I've read so far!I would recommend this book for children age 8+.

I love this book series. I have all the Mandie collections. My grandmother gave them to me. I didn't buy this volume for myself. I bought it for my older sister who is a teacher at a hutterite colony. I bought volume 4, 9, and 10 for her because she didn't have those. And her students were asking for more of the books. So my sister asked if I was done with these books, and I told her I wasn't giving those away because they were mine. So I bought these off of Amazon for her students. It was a Christmas gift for them. I like these books because they are mystery books. I love to solve mysteries. But I also like the fact that these are faith-based books. They have a little bit of scripture in there. The book came in excellent condition, and I know my sister's students will love it. All the girls at her school love these Mandie books. I bought this volume and 2 other volumes for my sister's students. I like these books because they teach you old fashioned values and what life is all about. They teach you how to be kind. They teach you lots of good morals. And I didn't want to part with my whole set of books. Some of the books for missing from their collection, so I decided to replace them. It was my gift to the school that my sister teaches at.
