Poor quality. I expected better from heartfelt.
The product is poorly made. It broke right out if the package. The ball tips are not supposed to remove themselves. I liked the udea if the interchangeable tips but they did not make well. Honestly what am I supposed to do with this thing?Going back to McGill.
