SMD SunFlash UV Activated Polyester Resin (1 Us Qt. 32oz)

Obviously I'm not able to give this product a 4.7 score, but that's where I would put it. The product itself is amazing, I've been building fiberglass products and curing them with a black light indoors in just a few minutes. I bought one can to test out, and after I found it to work so well I ordered four more. I can't believe how fast this sets up. With my black light I'm seeing a 3 - 10 minute cure time depending on thickness and amount of resin. My only complaint is that this brand of UV reactive resin is slightly more expensive than others. If it was $70 per gallon it would get 5stars from me

Works great drys fast and is really strong worked for my project

I bought this product as a faster cure product than using regular two part fiberglass resin. Takes way too long to cure with a uv light if you are looking for speed. Solarez is more expensive, but it cured hard as glass within 1-2 minutes. 20 minutes in and this product is still sticky and not completely set up.

Great stuff. Curing with an LED light and so far it's working fantastically. Glad this product exists- makes fiberglassing SO much easier than mixing activator and balancing work time with cure time. Works great, never hardens until exposed to sunlight or UV lamp. Easy to work with. Does have strong odor in liquid form and but almost odorless the day after hardening.

This stuff was great i would have given a 5 star if the price was a little lower i used it to make a box for a sub. I used it on a cold day with very little sun light it was still not hard in the container i used 3 days after the initial start. Wish it was a little cheaper so i can get more.

This product does what it says , But you can take your time with fiberglass and that normally doesn’t go together, get all your edges flush , smooth , keep brushing cause it doesn’t harden till you tell it. I’ve been in car audio for 20yrs and this makes life so easy. Way worth the extra money for not having to mix a 2 part and have to rush just to have your brushes get hard and go bad. If you see any product with SMD label it’s there to help.

Works ok.......If you plan on doing anything other then a small project make sure to order alot....doesn't go very far!
