Have been taking these for only two weeks, so will come back and review more thoroughly after more time.My first day using these, my energy was SO obviously different. I'm talking cleaning the whole house and singing and dancing with my kids. UNHEARD OF! After that first day, I haven't been able to tell as much of a difference but I haven't been getting enough sleep (staying up too late) so I think that definitely makes a difference.I've read in reviews of other thyroid supplements that it helped some people lose weight (one woman up to 45 pounds! 😮). Jury's still out on that, but I do hope it's the case. I've been steadily gaining weight despite eating normally and it's been startling and concerning. Hopefully this at least helps my metabolism enough to HALT the weight gain and gives me enough energy to exercise!

I should note that I took this for general health and prevention, not to address any major illness or deficiencies. I am also a health food advocate who makes sure to get a lot of good nutrients in my body through food and supplements. This product might work differently for someone who is living a different kind of lifestyle or having a different kind of issue. But, for me, I am very happy to have found it for a good price on Amazon.
