If you're looking for a Portable Power Station, don't hesitate. It's PERFECT!
After multiple power outages amidst a global pandemic, I finally decided candles just are not sufficient anymore. A portable power station was desperately needed. I went with the Tenergy Portable Power Station and am very happy I did. It is EXACTLY what I needed. I needed a power station that has enough power to keep my things charged BUT is light enough for my wife and kid to carry around. At roughly 8 lbs, this fits the bill perfectly. We “simulated” a power outage by camping out in the backyard to see if the power holds up. First we plugged in a projector into the AC power and watched a movie from my laptop. Afterwards, we plugged our phones, laptop, and iPad into the Power Station and went to bed. When we woke up in the morning, we are all juiced up and the unit had energy to spare. As Yoda would say...."Impressed was I..."Needless to say, I’m very happy with my purchase. Great product. Highly Recommend

Backup for oxygen machine
Was looking for a product like this to power my wife's portable oxygen machine when at long functions with no outlets to plug into and as a standby in the winter if the electricity goes out. Works great so far.Love it.

Great value!
Five stars based on value. Repeat purchaser... A big plus is the LIFEPO4 battery, DC5521 input and output connectors, light, 200 watt pure sine-wave inverter, quality construction, and accessory bag. I like them very much.I own competitor products, based on the features of other products, NOT VALUE, I rate this four stars. Even so, I'd still buy this instead.Negatives: The MPPT controller cruises at 45 watts input. With more watts input, it will charge at 55 watts, but not on a watt to watt basis. For example, a 100 watt solar panel putting out 75 watts will produce 55 watts on the display. Even so, I recommend a 100 watt panel with this. My 60 watt panel (putting out 40 watts) at 40 watts (on unit screen) is tedious. Another issue, the fan on the inverter goes on and off even at 0 watts output. It's loud small fan with a high pitch. Lastly, turning off the automatic unit off function, the unit identifies the mode with two quiet short beeps. I can't hear them. This depends on your hearing. The manual doesn't explain the connector sizes and input characteristics. - missing critical data (some of which is above).

Bad charging AC Adapter
The product is great otherwise, but the input power AC Adapter is horrible. Foul smell and too warm after around 2 hours of initial charging. The Amazon store says it uses a 20v x 5 amp AC Adapter, but what comes with the unit is a 15v x 3 amp Adapter. Is that why it is so warm and stinking of burning plastic? Why use a coax DC Jack for input power in the first place? That part was poorly engineered.

Failed after first actual use
Bought about 5 months ago to have in case of emergency, charged and stored in closet until yesterday when the power went out. Used it for about 8 hours powering my router (~7 watt draw over AC, dropped from 100 to 86%). Charged it back up after power was restored, discovered afterwards that the AC output plugs in the unit were both dead. Manual has nothing helpful to troubleshoot the issue, no flashing icons or anything on the display, AC light on the button comes on and generally everything seems to be working as intended - but no power to the AC plugs. DC output seems to be working ok still. Once while turning DC off and on the AC side started working again, but after turning off it went right back to no output when AC button turned on.Paid premium for a large capacity unit from a known and previously trusted brand so I could confidently rely on it working in an emergency... Now I'm looking at a lengthy RMA process and wondering if I can trust the unit or should replace it with something else even if they do fix/replace this one. Pretty disappointed with the experience.

Great for short term blackouts
This was perfect for on of upcoming scheduled power outages from SCE during their upgrade in our neighborhood. I used it for our router and modem. Unfortunately after using the only available outlets to plug these in, I couldn’t plug in any other products. However after the 5 hour black out, I still had 88 percent power left.
