This stuff is the greatest. Discovered it in Australia, nearly 15 years ago, and have taken it since and stayed healthy and energetic. I has some kind of balance to it, that's beyond my scientific ability to explain...but you can just feel how healthy it is.

This version doesn't use Aspartame which is nice. It's the most refreshing and tasty way to have a multivitamin in the morning

I must've bought this stuff ten times in the last ten years. It's mostly vitamin C plus caffeine. I take it when I am sick and it really helps give me a lift for a few hours and it tastes great. It really is the best thing I've found to make me productive for a couple hours when I have to work even though I am sick, you know. It really clears my mind and allows me to focus and think. I would say it works for 2-3 hours.

These tablets do help reduce tiredness & fatigue. They dissolve and break down quickly in a glass of water. I dissovle them in very cold water and drink the entire glass at once. Some may not like the flavor but you can always add a squeeze of lemon if you like. They are very simple to carry with and drink. I don't take them routinely, only as needed on days when I feel I need a pick me up.
