Q: Is this paraben free?

Guy below says they are plant based, they’re not! They’re normal plastic nappies with bit of cotton, they’re just made with sustainable electric etc. they contain: Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyester and would take the same amount of time to degrade, however this company claims to recycle the nappies, I just can’t find any info in the write up as to how/where

There ingredients say: Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyester so I fail to see how they’re plastic free. Polyethylene being one of the most common plastics used

They're vegan friendly, I believe

Q: Is there a gap for the umbilical cord stump?

No but you can fold them so it doesn't rub. Would not recommend tucking the clip of newborn cord or the stump inside a nappy as it may get urine inside and cause infection, especially if it's a boy and his peepee has moved to point up. Better to fold for the first 2 weeks.
