KNIPEX Tools 00 19 57 4-Piece Precision Circlip Pliers Set In Tool Roll

I have been an Ind mechanic for decades. I have used all kinds of snap ring pliers. Recently was reassembling a large pump ,one of the snap rings was 3 1/4 inches od. I grab the shop set , tried the biggest pair in the set.The shop set plies are 10 inches long, I could not squeeze the pliers enough to close the snap ring to install it. Frustration was mounting. I walked over to my draw that has my Knipex pliers, grabbed the 7 1/4 inch pair internal pliers, it took 1 try to install the ring, snapped right in. The Knipex should have been the first 1 out of the gate. Buy these you will not regret the purchase !!! If I could give more stars I would.

Work great and extremely well made like all knipex tools I have purchased. It’s hard to see in the pictures but these have the textured rubber grip (that I much prefer) vs the smooth ones that are hard to hold with wet/sweaty hands. Also glad I got the set since during their first use the pair I thought would work wouldn’t fit and another pair that I would not have guessed would fit worked perfectly. Well worth the money.

There's nothing quite like removing circlips/snap rings with cheap pliers that bend allowing the ring to go airborne! Working on a tractor I struggled getting inside and outside rings to cooperate. It took me 3x as long as it should due to slippage and being unable to grip the ring easily. After purchasing the Knipex tools, I kicked myself repeatedly for not having these in the first place! The job becomes a no-brainer and no-struggle with these tools.

Finally got to use these the other day. I knew I would like them and they really are as great as I expected. I had some really thin bendy snap rings that wanted to twist badly but these pliers got them. A bit of a struggle but would have been near impossible with my old cheap set. These really look well made. Worth every penny to me.

A good simple set of special pliers. Just what I needed for my project. They look and work as expected. Made in Germany. Good set to have in a shop, even if you need those only once in a while. I recommend.

These snap ring pliers work great

From the moment I pick one of these up, I could tell QUALITY. Yes they were about double what i originally considered, but I'm glad I bought this brand.

I don't use these too often but they feel good quality and durability looks to me that they will last.

Muy buena calidad, como siempre knipex no defrauda, merece la pena gastarse un poco más por un producto que te va durar toda la vida, no se compara para nada con alicates chinos, estos son de acero forjado y las puntas endurecidas y seguro que durarán muchísimo tiempo.
