I did my research for the right TV mount. The price was right, the installation was easy and I felt confident with the overall structure. Would recommend for lathe and plaster walls as well as drywall.

The price was right for what I wanted, and I'll buy another in the future.I finally installed this Mounting Dream MD2868-LK tilting TV mount yesterday to hold a 40" LED TV.I mounted the TV brackets on the TV and everything went well until I tried the last M6x12mm screw. The screw had something in the Philips slot and I couldn't get a grip on it with a screwdriver.I attempted to join the two Wall plates according to the supplied instructions. It calls for four M5x6mm bolts on page 4 of the Mounting Dream MD2868-LK Installation Instruction. The M5x6mm bolts were not in the parts package, but had M4x6mm bolts instead in the location designated in the Installation Instruction. Same with the washers.After a trip to Home Depot, I bought four M5x6mm bolts, four M5 washers, and one M6x12mm bolt. I was able to properly attach the TV brackets to the TV, and assemble the two sides of the Wall plate.It is installed on a formerly outside wall, now inside a bedroom in an addition. This is only relevant because the original outside wall studs are 24" on center.After detecting the studs and determining the height we wanted the TV, we put the template centered between the studs. The outside slots to mount the Wall Plate to the studs barely made it to the studs. We leveled the template and marked the slots on the wall. Because the pilot holes being drilled for the lag bolts were so close to the edge of the studs, I had my wife drill the holes angled inward toward the center of the studs. We drilled one side's holes and started the lag bolts so we could level and drill the third hole and start the third lag bolt. We did so and lastly drilled the fourth pilot hole and tightened all the lag bolts.We tilted the TV mounts out to 8 degrees and placed the TV on the Wall plate. It did not fall off the wall!A digital copy of the Installation Instruction is not available on the Mounting Dream website nor on the Mounting Dream Amazon Store which is frustrating. I like to keep a hard copy of the manuals as well as a digital copy on my network.I like the mount in spite of the missing parts and buggered up M6 bolt. If we had 16" studs, it would have been less stressful, but that's not Mounting Dream's fault.

Combining a excellent product with an amazing price point you can not go wrong. The Unit was used to mount a 65 inch LG 4k TV 2019 model this mount makes the tv to be very flush to the wall and the product quality is amazing for the price I was expecting a very cheap product I received a very good quality product.I will buy again

I really like this mount. It was very simple to install, even came with its own level. My only gripe was that I messed up the phillips slots in one of the bolts because my bit jumped. It wasn't until later my dumb a** realized the bolts may be phillips, but also have standard hex head shape so I could have just put a socket driver on my drill lol. So I'd strong suggest you do that rather than try to drive the bolts into your studs with a phillips attachment.I really like the two pull string release mechanism. The only other wall mount I worked with before had allen bolts that would snug up to hold the TV secure. This is SO much easier to release. I don't like that the cords hang below the level of the TV, but that was remedied with a "command hook" mounted center and a coupe inches up from the bottom of the TV. I just pull the cords up and loop them over the hook. Voila, no more visible cord.

It was easy to hang up or mount and to put myTv in it onlyDown side it doesn’t move left or right it’s just forward and back movement

This product is a good product, just be warned that there is a large piece of the bracket in the center of it We all know that studs don’t fit perfectly for all TV mounts, so it is necessary to slide the TV across the bracket to center it to the room. Because this bracket comes in two pieces, when you put assemble together, the center of the bracket would not allow my Samsung to slide into position because the 2 arms that amount to my tv are close together. My LG on the other hand, the arms were further apart, and allowed for adjustment.

Es la segunda vez que compro esta marca, esta excelente, buen diseño, muy buena resistencia y materiales. Había comprado otro aquí en Amazon pero me pareció muy poco resistente y mejor lo devolví y compré este, no me arrepiento
