4 (10 oz.) Boneless New York Strips

They were ok

I cooked all the strips on the same grill with a meat thermometer to med rare. I let them rest for 5 minutes. They were all med rare but the one my husband was eating was tough and flavorless. We have never had a problem before but we will not be ordering them again. They were thawed properly.
