Awesome Detector! Perfect for kids.
Bought this for my 8 years old and she loves it. Long enough for her to use for a couple more years and she’s not short.We parked at the parking lot. She didn’t wait till we got to the beach to power it on and just a few steps walking towards the beach she had 3 finds a small bottle cap, a penny and a 925 silver Diamond ring! She was so excited! And just in minutes of use.She says she likes the 3 tones especially the junk tone so she won’t have to dig it, even though I told her to dig everything till she’s trust the tones.She also love the red and green light that indicate if it’s a good or bad find.Since it’s waterproof up to 3ft of water she keeping wanting to go in the water with it but the waves have been a little to strong right now for us to go in the water.Such a great detector for kids so worth it.

For the price I would have like to have a carrying bag and shovel included in the price some of the other metal detectors that are less money offer bag and shovel I’m sure this is a nice product I read other reviews I think that would be good business. The company who makes this particular model doesn’t even give you the option to buy it as an accessory

It’s not worth it
Barely picks up a coin an inch below surface. Would return but didn’t try it until yesterday due to weather.
