It's early days. I've taken it for 5 days now, but I'm very happy with it so far. I've had horrific long covid GI problems for a year and suffered iron depletion as a result. My extremely delicate system is tolerating a HALF dose without any side effects so I am thrilled! I an hoping to eventually move to a full dose.But so far the supplement performs as promised in terms of being gentle. Also easy to swallow.

I’m anemic and normal iron pills make me so sick so I don’t take them and end up not feeling great anyway. I found these and have had no issues. These don’t upset my stomach and I love these. There’s no taste or smell and has improved my energy level. They’re tiny tablets so it’s easier to swallow.

I hate the taste and smell but they do help my iron deficiency it seems since i usually feel like I'm passing out when i get up too fast but this helped me feel better when i move a lot.
