This thing is super fun; I got it for the kid but I am addicted! SUCH a good stress reliever and the novice ball doesn't hurt at all when I get hit. However... *the string did snap back twice and once scratched my eye to the point it hurt to open it for a good 10 minutes. I thought it was a one off incident, but then it happened again! I looked for other reviews and apparently I am not alone and some people have been pretty hurt. This thing is *POTENTIALLY VERY DANGEROUS TO YOUR EYES*Why then the 5 star review?!Because I put some safety glasses on and I was good to go! With my eyes protected, this toy is fun and functional and I highly, highly recommend it if you want to burn off some steam but don't have the space or desire to have a huge bag in your space. Also great for kids to be able to be competitive at a distance!(**please use with eye protection - for real, it hurts!**)

Good value for the money. Practice makes you better. Kids love it. Good, clean competition!

Fun and great for a few laughs.

I got this for my kids and I to use. Watching them try to figure it out has been hilarious. Once you DO get the knack of it it's a great exercise. The lactic acid burn in my shoulders and triceps let's me know that it's working. I like the benefit of hitting a speedball mixed with the benefit of shadow boxing

4人で利用している説明動画を見た事と＠ボール４個入り」で勘違いしてしまいましたが、ヘッドバンドは２つなので同時使用は2人までです。子供達と一緒に楽しみたかったのですが、残念です。。私のようにお間違いの無いように。。。
