Flour Sifter Sieve Stainless Steel Two Layers for Baking Small (2-Cup)

I do a lot of baking and needed an inexpensive flour sifter as a last-minute replacement for one I had for many years. This is a well-made product and works just as well as the 25.00 sifters that I replaced.

I used a for a couple of cups of flour (one cup each time) and it came apart. There should be something made to keep the wire in the slot in the handle when squeezing it. It easily come out of the slot and the unit becomes unusable. I made it work by bending the end of the wire to the side once I had put it back together. I've used it a couple of times since I repaired it. It seems to work, but I would recommend not squeezing it too fast or too hard to keep it together. It does clean up easy after use and I just let it air dry.

I bought this to use with brown sugar. It doesn't work. Nothing comes out the bottom. I don't understand how this stuff can continue to be sold. It seem like this style of sifter, which are likely all manufactured in the same factory, have somehow cornered the market with a product that doesn't work. I am getting so tired of buying garbage from Amazon that is somehow rated at over 4 stars. I also don't understand why they would put two screens and two agitators in it. That makes it impossible to clean the agitator between the screens.

Seems a little flimsy, but I'm also not very familiar with other flour sifter brands. I used it soon after it arrived, and it worked fine. I chose this smaller size because of limited storage space. And, it still got the job done!

Worked without anything in it, didn't work with flour in it, and then didn't work after attempting to use it

I was super disappointed. I wasn’t looking for the greatest sifter, but something to use sparingly for a procedure we use for our honey bees...it broke the minute I took it out of the box...I did return it and got an immediate refund, so as far as customer service, it was an easy process!

I bought this to sift flour and it does sift but too slowly. My hand was hurting before I got a half cup sifted. Might be good for powdered sugar over toast but not for a large or even medium amount of sifting.

I have a 3 cup sifter just like this one that has lasted for many years & I hope this 2 cup one does also. They do a great job & haven't rusted (like my old one did)
