Easy to apply and less pain than other wax strips
Product is as per description. Has been using veet Wax strips so far and wanted to try the wax similar to parlour. It's been easy to use even though I am trying for the first time. Also while removing the strips it pains less than the branded wax strips or epilators.Only downside is you need to know the temperature tolerance level of your skin. If you are successfully able to apply the wax without burning your skin, it's worth it. Got results similar to parlour.

Quality is not that much ok. But over all it was OK. No damage no breakage every thing was OK. Wire was also not cracked.

Wax heater melted on heating for 2 mints. Don't buy!
The heater literally melted on heating. Horrible horrible product! The heater and the wax tin was bent from one side ..that might be during transit. I plugged in the heater and within 2 mints I noticed the metal tin inside the heater melted due to the heat. Such a huge blunder in the manufacturing and design!I want my money back and there is no option to return this damn piece.Updating comments after the vague response from the customer care. I wish could give negative 5 points for everything here. Still awaiting the status on the refund for this.

Hot Wax is thick and becomes cold in few seconds
Hot Wax is thick and becomes cold in few seconds. Once it is applied, some times not able to put paper - it becomes dry so soon. Hot wax is not recommended, machine is fine.

Heater is good but no automatically shut off.
Heater is good but the wax is too bad....I am able tolerate heat very well but the wax just stripped by skin and when it's a bit cool it is just stuck and cannot be dragged for applying. Heater is worth buying as the experience was really worth it when used Sleek wax however I have thrown out the wax in thrash. Only thing to be careful is that the heater does not shuts of automatically when heated so make sure to off it to avoid any accident.

Very easy and convenient to use....free Chocloate wax & Wax strips are added benefits...Used it the same day I received😀😃Very happy during this pandemic no tension to go to the parlor...MUST BUY.
