So far I've bought 6 of these (including one more that I purchased today) and my rats and mice all absolutely love them! We've had several for about a year and they spend a lot of their cage-time hanging out in these - more than any of their other nest sites. I've been really surprised, because they ALL love them - it's not just an individual thing (although I must say that they're really soft and cozy, so if I were rat or mouse-sized, it's where I'd want to hang out too, so I guess it's not that surprising!) :)I'm also happy that, despite the fact that all of my babies are serious chewers, these have held up pretty well - I haven't needed to throw any out yet. I've gotten the large size for my ratties and multiple rats fit into one comfortably. I've gotten the small size for my mice and multiple mice fit into one house comfortably.It's also nice that they hold up well in the washing machine. I highly recommend these!

This item is incredibly soft & washes well. My ferrets like it & I love the pastel colors too

Update: I have been using these with 2 Guinea pigs for almost a year. They are not fluffy anymore, obviously, but have truly held up well and they still love them. I have 4 that I rotate 2 at a time while washing the dirty ones. I wash these all at least once a week so this is after over 50 washings and dried in dryer on air ONLY. I use pieces of fleece and original insert. I change them every other day. These really deserve 5 stars.My Guinea Pigs love these. They tend to pee like crazy where they sleep. These beds trap the pee and need to be washed frequently. The little pad that come with it is useless. It stays so wet on top. I believe these beds themselves will last through many washings as I have already washed them a lot in a month. The interior pads are falling apart as the bottom of them are a foam material (see picture). This was after washing. They have not been chewing on it. The pad is also very thin which keeps the animal wet. I will be looking for something else to put inside the bed. This is why I have given it three stars.

This is the softest guinea pig bed I ever found! But, too small for my piggy. What a shame!

Would be good for smaller rodents, such a hamsters. Otherwise good. Comes with a pad.

Very cute and soft, but when it comes to wanting it for rats. It is easily destroyed and easily destroyed at that.

I love this pet bed. I rescued a baby squirrel that had fallen out of our palm tree and almost died. He the soft bed to cuddle up in and keep warm. He is now about 3 months old and won't be able to return to the wild as he was injured in the fall. I will purchase another one as he ages....just loves it!!

It's nice and all but CHINCHILLA WILL NOT use it, TOO small!!!!
