The clip broke and some of the fittings broke from the glue.

I really wanted and needed this to fit as stated, unfortunately, it was not a fit for my vehicle although listed as being able to fit.

This door part fits snugly, but care must be taken to install properly. Close to the original design and less expensive than OEM product.

I purchased one black post trim from this seller in February 2023 and five from another seller for a 2015 Cadilac Escalade Premium. I did not get a chance to install them until Saturday the 15th of July 2023. The next day, the temperature hit 82 degrees Fahrenheit, and soon after, I noticed their top end lifted away from the posts. I removed one to find out the glue that was used to hold a metal piece on the inside top had melted. I am hoping the seller can make this right due to the poor quality of the glue that was used.

Only lasted a few days before it started coming off but some double sided tape should help

Just received, but can already tell it won’t align with rear passenger panel piece that is needing replacement. Was trying to match a 2016 yukon- assuming the piece received would match the driver side. Photo of what was needed and then what was received

I've used Doorman Parts in the past to replace exterior trim however these are terrible ('18 CHEV Tahoe). After one week of use and only one hand washing these trim pieces show excessive amounts of light scratching throughout and appear to be in the worst condition than the original trim pieces on the opposite side which have 90,000 miles on them! I don't know what's changed, maybe these were just a bad batch but I absolutely would not recommend these. Even though it looks like small spots of scratching in the pictures, it was difficult to capture with the lighting, it's throughout the entire piece, and it occurred on all three trim pieces or appliques acquired for the passenger side.

I bought multiple parts to replace my factory ones that needed replacement, 6 to be exact. The 1st one went on with easy, the 2nd one did not hold on like expected. On the top portion where the silicone glue holds, it came unglued not that long after being installed. The 3rd one came unglued in the middle of being replaced. I ordered a replacement for that one. But after noticing that one of the ones i replacement did not hold. I decided to return all.
