Festool 576073 Eccentric Sander ETS 150/3 EQ-Plus 240V, 173.0 mm*222.0 mm*108.0 mm

I do very fine (400 grit) sanding of deliberately raised grain thin plywwod panels prior to lasering my art designs on them - and I do a LOT of sanding! It's almost a pleasure to do this task now becauase I can rely entirely on the weight of the sander to do the work - and this is really important because it ensures an even sanding pressure all over the panels - and there is no strain on my wrist. Also, with the dust-extraction outlet connected to my Festool dust extractor (with a cyclone attached) and really efficiently designed suction holes, it's really great that there is virtually no dust thrown up to inhale and get in the eyes - and so I don't even have to wear a dustmask. I really like this fact! Very little dust is left over on the panels - which I just wipe off with a cloth. Coupled with a choice of hard, medium, and soft bases, it's really hard to fault this sander. I chose the 3mm orbiting model for the mainly fine sanding I do - although it does a very good job on coarse (60 grit) jobs as well. Superb.

It’s festool quality that you would expect. One complaint is there is a lack of sanding discs included. Just got the one 80 grit.
