In looking for a new hand blender I felt fortunate to find this one by Bms lifestyle Honestly the first thing that caught my eye was image. At 500 watts this one is more powerful than most, the steel feels substantial and the attachments are very easy to change. I've only had it a week and so far have used it to blend egg batter and emulsify salad dressing. I am impressed with how fast it is and cleanup is super easy. I had one of those small many multi function super blenders and gave it away, too difficult to use and store. This one is perfect for my needs, no frills just a very sleek tool for a serious cook!

The product recieved in not worth the amount paying little more are more products with good quality and warranty.the product lacks performence and is delayed cate to be used.not for daily use.

I m not happy with amazon because d product which I was borrowing it was defective and after requesting refund ,product return to amazon but I m not getting my refund in my account.

If plastic replace via steel than its quality is too good

I don't know about durability because I just started using it ,but I'm totally in love with it. It is almost completely soundless when run without crushing and makes very little whirring sound when you use it to grind stuff. Very sleek and ergonomically designed body. Buttons are soft and blades are smooth. The best part is the whipper attachment which is a unique feature if this blender. I also like the clips that attach the blade stalk with the machine. All in all a wonderful product !.
