I really like this product/purchase, they installed easily and really look great. This was a great option to buying an expensive display shelf/cabinet. They have the right amount of brightness without being over powering. I screwed them to an oak shelf so I don't know if the adhesive pads that come with it are strong enough. The pop in clips worked really well and allowed for adjustability. Highly recommended.

TLDR Version : Careful, the power adapters have changed and no longer match the picture shown on Amazon. If you plan to use surge protectors, just know that you may not be able to get as many units into a single surge protector as you might anticipate. The longer version: Overall, these are nice lights that work quite well in my glass cabinets for collectibles. I would give five stars with the exception of two ongoing things - Firstly, I originally ordered two sets to make sure they'd work for me before buying another seven sets. When I received the test units, they worked perfectly. Not only in terms of the lights themselves, but another critical piece for me is power management. The first two units had normal plugs that allowed them to be plugged into a surge protector. This is important for me as having seven cabinets aligning a wall with the wall plug behind them, it is the only way that I'd successfully be able to get them all plugged in and working. Also, I'm using a wifi "smart" power strip so that I can turn them all on and off at once without having to figure out a way to get to seven different on/off switches that would be tucked between or behind the cabinets as well. So my test pair showed that this proposed configuration would work so I ordered the rest. But when they arrived, they had an entirely different plug that no longer could be plugged into the smart surge protector. In fact, I could only get two plugged in, possibly three if I was willing to bend the cable a bit, which I'm not prepared to do for safety concerns. After contacting support, they confirmed that the plugs had recently changed but they would send me the old style. A week later, having received no shipping/tracking information, I inquired again as to when they might be expected. I was told they were not in stock and had to be manufactured and that I would be notified when they were ready to be shipped. That's been a couple of weeks ago now and I still haven't heard anything. Despite that, I still quite like the lights, but effectively turning them on/off and powering them up is a challenge. If/when I receive the replacement plugs I will likely raise the rating to five stars. Issue number two that I'm having though, is one set of the seven will occasionally blink in and out. I have yet to determine which set it is because I always catch it out the corner of my eye instead of looking at it directly when it happens. So I'm a bit concerned about the overall longevity of the lights. But again, that's just one set of nine overall and it is random/sporadic so it is probably just a fluke.

I have tried multiple times to customize my own led strips with diffusers to fit my detolf shelves and light up my display case properly for a fair price, but I've pretty much had enough of the amount of bad soldering, exposed unsightly wires, and frustration this project has caused me. I didn't realize there were lights specifically made for detolf shelves here on Amazon. I saw the reviews here and the one that made me buy this set was the review that showed pictures how to drill a small hole to insert the wires for a clean set up. The light is a bright cool white and makes my display look amazing. The ease of gathering the wires was better than expected and nothing is an eye sore, I can focus on the displays instead. I can't recommend these lights for ikea detolf shelves enough!

I love these lights! Turns a unappealing looking glass shelves into a show piece! I love the angle of the lights! Spreads the light to all figures in the shelf. The length of the cables are great! Great value for the money! The build quality is great! Little to no heat when left on for a while. No remote control but I can control them with Alexa. I highly recommend this product.

I'm happy with this lighing I had bit of dobouts because the price tag was very high but needed somthing better to replace my previous lighting the package came with all the items I needed to install the lighing it was a easy procces to to do and the lights are really bright but not too bright perfect for displaying my figures I just wish it came with diffent type of double sided adhesive because what I got in the box I had to reapply it and it disintegrated And I had to find another one. and I wish this lighting had brightness control and not only just on/off button but this is really good for detolf display and more furnitre and anyone with a collction

Absolutely phenomenal lighting, the brightness is just what I needed, and it works when hooked up to an Alexa smart plug, allowing for voice commands to turn them on and off. I have had no issue with adhesion and even if they don't fit perfectly, I was able to angle them diagonally above and they still light everything up!

These lights are a perfect for lighting your Ikea Detolf cabinets or anything else! The light is diffused nicely by the enclosures and provide a really clean look. Easy to assemble and plenty of wire so you should have no issues running them to where they need to go. Highly recommend!

I ordered two sets of these lights, both 6000k bright white. Yet, when I finally had a chance to mount them in my display cabinets I discovered that one set is slightly warmer in color than the second set (or possibly just dimmer/not as bright). It's hard to tell in my photo, but if you look at the bottom shelf (which is white metal) you can tell how the lights in the left cabinet are warmer/dimmer than the lights in the right cabinet. Very frustrating! I placed the orders a few months apart, but that should not make a difference (I would assume). I guess I have to order a third set and see which of my current sets it matches and then go through the trouble of re-mounting them. I plan to have 4 of these display cabinets in the future, but now I am worried each cabinet will have slightly different color lights if I stick with this company. UPDATE: I bought a third set, and it's closer to set 1 but it's still not a perfect match for brightness or color. AND for whatever reason the lights are now maybe a half inch longer, too. Beyond frustrating. As far as I can tell, there are at least 3 generations of these lights out there - gen 1 had a separate transformer and a regular plug, and it's the one I like best but isn't available now. Gen 2 moved the transformer into the plug itself, but (at least mine) is dimmer/less white light. Gen 3 has yet another style of plug but seems closer to the brightness/color of gen 1. SO now I guess I need to buy a 4th set of these and hope it matches set 3.

Great product. The brightness is just right for a display case, not to bright, cables are long enough.

Après mainte et mainte recherche pour trouver le bon éclairage pour nos votrines, j'ai enfin trouver et pris 2 packs led d'éclairage sous vitrine CEFRANK et j'avoue que je ne suis pas déçu, bien au contraire. Cela éclaire d'un blanc froid, ce qui met en valeur les couleurs et donnent un effet vivant, voir de jour, à nos figurines de collection. Les fils blancs sont fins mais nous mettrons quand même de fines réglettes pour cacher ces fils dans nos 2 vitrines. Un transformateur et un bouton pour éteindre / allumer sont fournis. Les câblages principaux sont pré-montés, d'où pas de notices , je pense. Des vis et des Scotchs double faces M3, sont fournis afin de fixer les réglettes de led sur verre ou dans le bois, au choix. Ils se montent ou démontent facilement si besoin par des connecteurs se démontés. Le produit en lui est de très bonne facture, voir luxueux. La boîte d'emballage est simple mais protectrice car le carton est assez épais et s'ouvre et ferme facilement . Tout est bien mis dedans. Les 4 réglettes de led font 30 cms chacunes donc très bien adaptées aux vitrines IKEA Deltof. Sincèrement, Cefrank à l'air d'être une excellent entreprise que je recommande. On sent le sérieux sur la qualité de l'emballage et du produit. Pour la durée de vie du produit, on verra. Cela dit je suis plus que satisfait de l'éclairage de nos vitrines.......maintenant !
