A good replacement for a part that seems to fail often
My son needed this for his Honda Civic. It seems like the part had to be replaced once before but he's had the car for years so not too big a surprise. This replacement part seems to be working fine. I strongly suggest you look for YouTube videos by other end-users as the one referenced by the seller was frankly not very helpful.The part has been in for several weeks now and seems to be doing just fine. A good deal for the price.

Recommend if aux cuts out or six no longer works
Product fit well on my Honda civic 2007 doesn’t fit on the old port so changed the whole thing if anything now I can blast my music again and if same problem happens I know what I must get, also saw YouTube video before doing it I’m no professional.

Cheap fix for the aux input
Worked great for my 07 Civic. I tried to just open the face of the old aux input and switch the circuit board from this port into the factory port. That would have been a super fast fix but I couldn't get the new board to slide into the old port. Replacing the entire aux port was not that difficult. Works great.

almost perfect
The replacement part does work for our 2011 Honda civic. However, the chip part was oversized (the green chip board) and we had to use a metal file to shave it down & make it smaller. It does work & fixed aux port, but we had to modify it
