Works Great
No complaints at all. Exactly as described & pictured. Works great & not expensive. I'll definitely buy a few more in the future.

Remote doesn't work
The remote did not work at all. The toggle switch did work, but not useful for a remote control car. Many poor reviews so buyer beware.

Awesome product and service
Product was well made and preassembled, was easy to hook up.There was an issue with the internals in my winch and I emailed them about it and they replied promptly and resolved my issues right away10/10 for quality or product and customer service!Thanks ReadytoSky!

would have got 5 stars if it wasn't missing the socket head bolt in the hook . other than that a great piece.

The media could not be loaded. Like the looks and fit on redcat bumper. Great value for money.

Worst purchase off of Amazon so far
Usually I’m satisfied with most of my rc products I purchase but this one I’m pretty unhappy about. When you get it, it looks great in the packaging. The first problem I had was the wires on the motor fell right off during mounting. Thinking no big deal, dropping some solder will fix that. Well good luck…. might as well stop and ask for your money back. Being not to shabby at soldering I absolutely could not fix it. Also the circuit board in the control box just flops around no double sided tape no nothing. The switch that it comes with doesn’t work properly. It’s more of a on and off switch, being that it flips in 3 directions?? My advice spend a little extra money and get a better one.

Very Weak & Fried the circuit board right away.
Fried the circuit board right away when plugging it in, so I chose to go without the remote control assembly and just wired the switch and battery. Very Very weak, extremely weak! I will take this post down if I receive a decent assembly with a little power. This isn't even to help pull while rock crawling or anything... this is only to hold down another crawler on a trailer.

Absolute Garbage
The media could not be loaded. Complete junk. I should have taken the word of one particular review. Was getting the cable re-wound and it stripped gears between the motor and spool. Never even got my project complete and on the trail. Would NOT recommend!!
