This rectangle basket will look great and provide extra storage any where around the house! The basket measures 9 inches long and 6 inches wide. It is 5 inches deep. The base is a rectangle but the corners are slightly rounded. Sizes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of this item. It is a crocheted out of an extra thick yarn so the sides are flexible, yet rigid enough to truly hold things and be functional as a storage basket. The yarn is a chenille type yarn that is very soft. Machine wash and dry on the gentle cycle. I designed this to be a smaller version of my large rectangle storage bin that is also available in my shop. This basket would work great for holding greeting cards (either for collecting those given to you, or keeping some you may need on hand for future use if you like to stock up). It would be great for smaller kitchen gadgets, or perfect for containing some of those toiletry items cluttering up the bathroom. It is also just the right size to hold those favorite video games or kids DVDs that you want to keep near the TV (it holds about 8). The uses are endless! This would also make a great gift for a birthday, baby shower, or any special occasion. Shown in white, but I have many color choices available. Please Note: This is made to order, so please allow 2-4 days for the basket to be made before shipment. Also, the basket will be folded flat to ship, just pull up on the sides to reshape and it will hold its form thereafter.
