will this work on a Leupold 10-30 power spoting scope

I use it on my tec140 and my vario-finder 10x60 I had no problems with it work fine

Will this work for an iPhone 7?

It will work, I have an iPhone 7 in a case. It has a wide range of adjustment so look at the specks and see if it fits what you want to use it on. Do to that wide range of adjustment it makes it hard to line up. I have spent more money and got the Phone Skope adapter it is 4 times the cost but lines up just right. As far as this product try it and if it works for you great, if you find it a pain you at least have the blue tooth control for use with the phone scope.

Will it work for samsung s9+?

It works well on iPhone 8plus so if the measurements on the Samsung S9 plus is the same then it will work great
