Good output
Bought for my daughter. She says the charge holds pretty well for and enjoys nights work and provided a good bit of warmth.

It gets HOT!
My first reaction to this product was not good. I disliked how hot the lowest setting gets, and I will not be letting my children use it for fear of them turning it up and burning themselves, but I will be keeping this and using myself on the lowest setting. Honestly, it’s just to cold out to not have something warm. Thankfully I also had ordered the hot-hands disposable hand warmers so my children will still have something warm for their hands.I did try the other settings out as well, and it got too hot to even touch. I am usually one who says the hotter the better, but not so hot it can leave your hands feeling burned. So, on the lowest setting, I like this product. If you have a hard time finding a hand warmer that actually gets hot, then this is what you want. I probably won’t get another one though, as I have small children who like to press buttons.Edit:I have had awhile to use this now, and after a couple of days use, it does not feel like it gets so hot to burn now. It still gets plenty warm which is what I like, but I no longer fear my children holding it. I’ve had a few people ask me where I got it and I was willing to recommend this product to them.

Takes getting used to but hot tamales it's warm
It's taken me some getting used to how to turn this on and off, but hot tamales once you figure it out it's HOT HOT HOT! I use this for keeping my hands warm while I'm working in the barn or teaching riding lessons, or while walking to class. It always amazed people that there are rechargeable hand warmers and just how warm they actually get! The battery doesn't last super long, maybe an hour, but in this cold Minnesota winter an hour is better than freezing your fingers the whole time!

Horrible Battery Life; Needs To Be Warm To Function, Which Defeats The Purpose
I thought I found the perfect product for those nippy Winter outdoor markets, and when I tested it at home the day I got it, it seemed to charge and warm up just fine. Then the day of my market came, and I got it out to warm up my hands at the event, and the lights simply flashed without it warming up. My friend was with me and she fiddled with it and found out you have to warm it up in your hands before it can even function, which defeats the whole purpose of the product for me! My hands get very cold very fast and I can't warm it up and wait for it to start working. That was just the first problem. After my friend warmed it up for me, it worked for a little while, though the temperature fluctuated if I stopped holding it tightly. Apparently if you don't provide it with your own body warmth, it can't reach its full temp. Again, defeating the purpose. But after MAYBE an hour, it ran out of juice. I had a portable charger with me so I plugged it in, but the cable didn't stay in the port on the device and so it wasn't charging properly. It was plugged in for a very long time and only got one bar's worth of juice in it, but I was desperate, so I unplugged it from the charger and turned on the heat again, and this time it only lasted 10 minutes before it died. I plugged it back into the charger to charge some more, and it didn't even light up this time. It stayed plugged into the charger the rest of the day and never lit up. I got it home and plugged it in to my computer to charge overnight and it still isn't lighting up. The device is now completely dead and won't function at all.I'm returning it, but I really wish I had read the reviews because apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. This product is poorly designed, and doesn't work as advertised. Absolutely not worth the money! DO NOT BUY! DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Works great!
I bought this because I work in a cold factory 8 hours a day. It isn't uncommon that I'm trying to find a way to warm up my hands or my body. Sometimes I'll keep it in my pocket to provide additional warmth as I work. As far as the advertised battery life, it says 8 hours on low, and I'd say it's correct. It's pretty easy to use and does indeed get very toasty!

When they work they are good
Can get pretty warm and keep heating up to maybe six hours on low, which seems pretty long.On the con side, I bought three of these, gave one away. Of the two I still have, one still charges and functions. The other took and held a charge one time, now it is absolutely dead.

Keeps you toasty
These are easy to slip into a pocket of a hoodie or jacket. Put in the inside pocket to keep you core warm when needed. Charges quick. Medium setting is usually more than enough keep your hands toasty. On high it can get rather hot and you may need to move it around.

Perfect as a hand warmer and a power pack!
Best gadget ever! I already have one of these myself which I use every day on duty in the playground. So many people have borrowed it that I thought some might like one for Christmas. I have also taken it on my travels to cold cities for use as both a hand warmer and a power pack. Brilliant for both? Highly recommend.
