It's quality - it's so well built you'll be passing it down to future generations. It makes your head look better than it currently does. And there's a reason why it's yellow - but drag your rump to the Red Canoe site and read for yourself. But prior to that, just buy it!

One of the best quality hats I’ve ever owned. Ignore the “too small” reviews. It fits like it should, which is more similar to a 40s style ball cap which is what I like.

Great rich colors. My husband is very involved in the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) and to my amateur eye, the colors seem historically accurate. Under the bill is black and there was black string fuzz on the top of the hat from the stitching going through. This was easily resolved without damaging the hat by pulling it off but initially it looked like pen had mark up the hat. I'd recommend inspecting before giving as a gift.

This is really saying something, because I own a lot of caps. My first Red Canoe cap was a Christmas gift–it's the yellow cap of the same design. I was so happy with that one that I checked Amazon to see if they carried the same brand. They do, and I ordered the navy blue Army Air Corps cap. Most caps I have the opportunity to try on before I purchase. In the past, caps I have ordered online have disappointed in fit or quality, but the blue cap is my absolute favorite. The fit and feel is amazing, and remains comfortable no matter how long I wear it. I will be buying other caps from Red Canoe.

It's a great hat. Well made with good materials.

Good looking cap, however, for a larger head (7 3/4) the adjustment (hook and loop) sticks out and looks odd. I expected more for the price. Disappointed.
