The media could not be loaded. Upon arriving and unpacking, the pillow instantly regained its original shape. It had a slight latex smell that went away within 3 hours. The material itself is very soft and responsive. Unlike anything I have ever felt before. It has a feeling not like you are resting your head up against something, but as if your head is being suspended in the material. Zero pressure, and support where it is needed. Very unique. 24 hours after opening I took measurements of the pillow to see how much or if the vacuum sealing had altered the size of the pillow. Luckily, it was exactly the dimensions advertised. This pillow does not heat up whatsoever at night, but maintains a constant neutral temperature. The case it comes with is decent, however the seam by the zipper is delicate, so take care when washing or removing the case. Overall this is a solid option. Very comfortable, sleeps temp neutral and a unique feel. I would definitely purchase another to fill the other spot in my bed

I bought so many pillows b4 however it didn’t help my neck pain. It was not easy to get a suitable one from my country and I decided to order from the US amazon even though there’s reasonable shipping charges and gave it a try. The pillow is fantastic and my neck pain was gone. I ordered the regular queen size one (not the extra soft). I found it is soft like a cloud and at same time it is thick enough to support my head. I am really glad to have this pillow and thank you for selling this kind of great product. The light latex smell is bearable and it disappears fast. Hope you find the review helpful.

It’s a nice pillow, soft and comfortable. Maybe too soft and a bit overpriced.

Final update I will return this pillow and buy a different latex text pillow because this one’s cover is not certified organic👎🏻 Its extremely expensive and if I find it really disgraceful NOT to make the effort to get a certified organic cover’nn The companies asking top dollar for this so it’s a real negative in my opinion . I’m also returning it because it’s a little soft for me and I’m going to purchase another one Amazon offers that is a little bit more money but it has the organic sure if I come I’m supposed to be a bit firmer my phone would not adjust for a longer photo shot… however what you see in the photo for me it’s just a good sample of the entire pillow .. sorry best I could do with my phone When I first opened it SMELLS TERRIBLE..😱However instructions say leave it out ( not in sunshine) and good ventilation 7-8 hours!Update; It’s absolutely horrible smell did NOT go away in 7 to 8 hrs. (as directed) There wasn’t much change in the foul smell 😫so I ended up airing out for aproximatelyy a week… 👍 That’s seemed to do the trick 👌I love the pillow 💕it was a little soft but big difference from a normal inexpensive polyester like pillow is its much more comfortable then the comparatively expensive certified organic Coop pillows (which are curved out in the middle to allow my neck to stay aligned: which is supposed to be the healthiest way to sleep. HOWEVER when eeping on my side, latex has giving me most comfort and any pillow I’ve ever tried in my life🎉❣️❣️👍 For me the difference isGreat 💞somehow latex material hold my head and neck in good alignment feels well supported without any effort on my part which I find extraordinarily unique!!😮 It amazes me but this latex pillow accomplish is that with just the traditional rectangular shaped pillow👌as compared to all the different shaped pillows with contours and cut outs that are supposed to hold me in place. However, i’ve never felt very comfortable in any of them well sleeping on my side . This is why The ease of using the latex pillow and feeling healthy in place without effort it’s such a wonderful surprise I didn’t realize what I was missing! BIG PROBLEM I discovered late: However the deciding factor of me returning it was mainly after about it two weeks the pillow began to smell like rubber👎🏻 And that was it I returned it and decided to try a different brand which came with Gots certified organic cover and also identified as a little bit firmer.. At this moment in time although that pillow smells fine when I received it just need a little airing out. It did NOT have a bad smell like this one did originally 👏 unfortunately it ALSO Began giving off rubber smell after a few weeks 😢 Change the pillowcases and the cover does help .,I think very individual preference. So two different ways text pillows one originally this one smells horrific but then it was fine after about a week of airing the next one that I am now having to keep because the return date has passed .. smelled rubbery but aired out but after using a few weeks.. But it now smells rubbery🤷🏻‍♀️😢 Finally I’m probably most importantly just realized please make sure it’s not a synthetic late text & nothing is being added to the latex!!! Organic natural certified latex is dust mite resistant 🎉and mold and bacteria resistant🎉 I ask you to do your own research it’s worth it

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I'm inspired to do this in hopes of helping others. I’ve had neck problems for years, and as a result have an entire graveyard of pillows that I bought with high hopes only to be let down. I've even had friends buy pillows for me they thought would be perfect, again only to be disappointed. I finally had surgery this past year, and though it helped, I still have issues. I usually have a collection on my bed that I swap out during the night depending on whether I’m on my side, back, etc. But this pillow is a game changer. It’s soft (unlike the crazy dense memory foam pillow that I own that makes everyone who sleeps on it wake up feeling like they have cauliflower ear) but not so soft that it sinks flat to the bed (like the down pillows I own). It feels bouncy like a marshmallow, but cradles your head and seems to keep your neck aligned no matter your position. Don’t ask me how because I have no idea. All I know is that I love it. (And am ordering two more today for my husband and son who want one too!)

Initially I gave this pillow a favorable review. After sleeping on it for three weeks I contacted the seller about exchanging it for a higher loft pillow since they offer 3 different options on the site. They conveniently waited to respond until the 30 day return policy was up, saying all 3 pillows were the same height. When I confronted them they admitted there are 3 different heights but I should keep the one I got since that is the most popular. Amazon said I can't exchange it since it is past 30 days, the seller wouldn't help. Now I am stuck with an expensive pillow that gives me a neck ache.

I am like Goldilocks when it comes to pillows. This one's too high, too hard, not enough support, or just overall stiff with not enough flexibility........then I found this one! For my neck it is working out just perfect. Latex foam is the best if you can find the right density for you (which for me has been a challenge). This one is not too tall, not too firm, has good support but not stiff, and it does flex and give with your body movements. Hopefully it holds up for many years to come.

Tooooo hard

Ich bin total begeistert von dem Kissen. Es ist super weich und anschmiegsam. Mir hat mal ein Orthopäde gesagt, dass man bei HWS Problemen lieber ein weiches Kissen verwenden sollte, bei dem der Kopf bis auf 5 cm einsinkt. Genau das passiert bei diesem Kissen. Ich möchte es nicht mehr missen! Auch den Geruch, den Latex nun mal hat, empfand ich als sehr moderat. Ich habe das Kissen jetzt 2 Wochen im Gebrauch und schlafe wie auf Wolken. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein weiches, aber trotzdem formstabiles Kissen suchen.

Bisher das beste Kissen, das ich jemals hatte! Es ist weich, gibt dennoch Halt und stützt die Nackenwirbelsäule, meine Verspannungen sind weg und mein Schlaf ist deutlich besser und tiefer geworden!

Sehr weich, hat aber einen starken Geruch!!!

Das Kissen hat die perfekte Härte, keinen besonderen Eigengeruch und ich schlafe so gut, wie lange nicht mehr.
