Great standing desk for ergonomic office
Hubs started working from home, so as a Physical Therapist, I decided to make him an ergonomic office setup. This standing desk is great for the price. I love the memory for 3 heights, so it adjusts to sitting, standing, and treadmill height with just the push of a button. It's big enough for him to fit dual monitors (mounted on the edge of the desk, not on a stand), his laptop, keyboard, etc with plenty of room. It's been great at relieving his neck/back pain he had been developing prior to this setup, and also it has helped him be more active during the day. It's not the most attractive top, but it's not ugly. It's just very red and not really our style. We're planning on finishing a pretty slab of walnut to attach to the base at some point, but the top it comes with is just fine for now. Overall, very happy with it.For those wondering, these are items I paired with it, all purchased on Amazon Prime:Walking Treadmill: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SC7RKSJ/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_rG7-EbPDTEWJVEquipment Mat: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QXLZNN9/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_lG7-EbVRWS49BDual Monitor Mount: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K9PMK7F/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_oG7-EbYC8HK66

Save your money for better desk and better customer service ... not worth it
So here is my story with Flexispot , so when I first got it I was super excited. I was so excited that I didn’t notice that the second box had not arrived , for clarity I just want to say they are very forth coming about the fact that the package could come in two pieces . And sure enough literally the next day the other box came ( or was it two days lol all I know is it was not that long of a wait ) after assembling the desk I noticed that it would not lift without having some issues , they quickly told me tha I would need to get another piece because the one piece that was conducting the twist on the leg ( the one without the motor ) was having issues . Sure enough got the part and after about 2 to 3 hrs of back and forth ... ( I will admit I also messed up with the instructions... but that’s to be expected when the instructions were for the older model and not the one I got ) . Anyway fast forward 4 months later and now my desk is uneven we’re the side without the motor is now refusing to go flush down . I message them and the customer service rep makes me do all types of trouble shooting steps . Some even twice as if she forgot she already gave me those instructions not too long ago. We do this back and forth for about 2 hrs ( she kept disappearing during the chat ) she then says please give me a bit while so refer with my tech support team ... I loose it and ask her so who were you getting advice from for all this time we’ve been chatting ... I was so mad . She then emails me the instructions ( yup you guessed it the same ones she told me to do from b4 ... now in her defense I did ask her to email me the other instructions she had for me so I’ll try them at a later time had I known it was the same one I would have told her to shove it ) . She tells. Me that someone from her tech team will contact me in the morning and not to worry .... next day I’m worrying ... I got an email that had yet again basically the same instructions she gave me from b4 ... only exception was this one was a link to a video version of the same instructions.. oh and yes it was in Chinese ... so the next day I call the toll free number , I get a guy named Bryan ( spelled just like that ) and for the most part this dude is cool and sounds like he knows his stuff . We deciphered that non of the things are and we’re working so he offered me a new set of instructions as to how to fix it ... again it’s in Chinese and he tells me I would have to take everything off my desk basically take the top off the table , and then manually fix the other hydrological leg. At that paint I asked to speak w his supervisor or at best tell her I either want a partial refund or a box to send this desk back or a replacement . From that point there was no mor nice Bryan , he was upset that I wasn’t accepting a 10% partial refund (35$) for a desk I paid over 300$ dollars for only 4 months ago.. I told him I hadn’t even had it a year and so so far it doesn’t look good for flexispot .. but I was willing to let them make it up to me . He then started getting demanding and insulting ( told me tha since I don’t want to do the hard work it takes to fix the issue ) I told him off and asked that the manager explain to me this process .. he then says he will cal me back once the manager ( who doesn’t take call btw) comes up with a solution to my demands ... I’m still waiting for that call , and or email . In conclusion I don’t think it’s worth skimming the few bucks you save to get this piece of dog poop . Save up and buy anything but this . The worst part is I was willing to live with the issue had I got proper compensation for this thing . Their desk is great and quiet when it works ... but 379 for a machine that works only a lil less then half the year... isn’t worth it . And by far even worse then the desk is their customer service experience... pleas run as far and fast as you can from this trash experience

Nice looking desk, great performance but lousy Manual/instructions to build
Pros and Cons:1. Best value for the money spent. Motor is smooth, minimum noise and preset height adjustment is a blessing.2. Good looking desk but height of 28" at the lowest may not suit everyone, particularly with people with small height or leg length. If you are in that category, you may need to buy an extra keyboard support and install for proper ergonomic typing posture.3. Manual is just OK. Missing so many vital instructions. As mentioned by other reviewers, that the central beam length is not mentioned. When you stretch open, you will see a 'Maximum mark'. Even when you get it to maximum, and screw to the legs, you may or may not be able to align both the legs and central assembly to pre-drilled holes on the wooden top. It is best to keep the screws 'little loose' and also mark the three predrilled holes with a pencil to judge the predrilled holes. Another technique I found useful is to use one of thee Allen/Hex keys that came with the set, to find the holes...4. There is no pre-drilled holes for the wire-box assembly. You will need a drill, but be careful lest you drill out to the top portion. Alternatively, you are advised to use merely a screw driver to do this part. The idea of running the wire across the table using clips is such a bad design and hard to imagine why it is so!!5. The right leg is marked as RL but after assembly, it becomes Left leg ...If I am the seller, I would hire a fresh writer to revise the manual with clear instructions.Hope this review helps. If I have to do assembly again, it is easy now after going through a frustrating time in my first attempt. Overall very happy with the desk and its working!
