Superior Tools Universal Professional Sink Drain Wrench, Red, 3710

Need the right tool for the right job. This made replacing a sink strainer a lot easier. Especially since the sink and been installed for about 14 years and everything was seized in place. It was sometimes hard to keep the tool in place, but after you get used to it, it works really well.

This is WAY Better than the other product to tighten the basket strainer. I had the other POS. Then I saw this and said anything is gotta be better than that knuckle busting POS. out performs it fits like a glove.

The media could not be loaded. 4.5 StarsAs a DIYer and owner of several rentals and many years of installing the sink strainer nuts with channel locks and/or a very large pipe wrench I wish I had found this sooner. It easily tightened the strainer nut and better than any other method.The con is that it’s a little loose as it’s a universal fit. You just have to find the right position where it grabs the nut securely and hold it in position while you tighten the nut.

Just what I needed for my home plumbing kit. Always had problems with finding a tool to get the large under sink drain lug off. This tool works great for me.

This tool is a life sever

The build quality of the wrench is solid, and it feels durable in hand, which gave me confidence that it would perform well. When it came time to use it, the tool did manage to do the job, albeit not as smoothly as I had hoped.The main issue I encountered was that the wrench wasn't truly universal. My sink drain was smaller than the wrench's smallest setting, which made it tricky to get a proper grip. Despite this, with some adjustment and effort, I was able to make it work. While it eventually got the job done, the lack of true universality was disappointing.

I was able to tighten down the drain basket, although the tools hole was a little to large to fit snugly so I was applying force to keep the edge of the sink basin to the groove of the tool. It did however work, I just had to work a little extra harder.

I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't recently discovered the Dad How Do I... videos on YouTube. Because of that, I got this tool & a couple of other items I would've overlooked. I'll probably never need to use it again, but I have it & it will last longer than I will.

Una llave especial para tuercas de contracanastas de fregadero con buena calidad en su hechura; ligera y con buenos terminados. -Al usarla me di cuenta que no embona a la par con las tuercas metálicas que se usan en México aunque si embona bien en las tuercas plásticas. -En ciertos casos es muy útil y en otros no tanto.
