Perfect and sterile!
Disclaimer: I have been properly trained how to pierce and strongly encourage anyone seeking to pierce themselves or others to take the time to educate themselves thoroughly.I have both been professionally pierced, and have pierced myself. I bought these because I wanted 3 vertical helixes (you know, the spike mohawks) and decided to do it myself since I was picky about placement (I have weird ears and a big head) and didn't want to bother a piercing shop by going back and forth with the placement, particularly since I only want to have a max of 2 healing at a time. So--without doing the third one in the same session, I knew there was risk of placement going wrong. This is my first time being pierced with a catheter needle and it was so much more convenient than freehanding needles. I could feel when the catheter reached and entered the insertion site and it was slightly more painful to push it through, but it was so much less painful when it was time to pull the jewelry through the hole. Honestly, that alone was reason enough to switch to catheters. The jewelry insertion has always been the most painful part for me (even with the shop I go to), so I was relieved to be able to quickly and painlessly fit the jewelry into the catheter, pull through, and then remove the catheter. The catheter is definitely grippy without being too hard to move the jewelry in and out of the catheter, so I both didn't have to worry about the jewelry falling out AND didn't have to fight with the catheter and aggravate the new piercing.I've only done two vertical helixes so far and look forward to finishing this ear. I honestly may even use one of these for an industrial, and buy a smaller size for a nose stud. It's so convenient and while I love my local shop, they only free hand and cork, and the catheters are such a relief for the jewelry insertion.TL;DR if you're like me and the most painful part is the jewelry insertion, I highly recommend these.

Great needles, but a little expensive
I’m a piercer at a tattoo studio and I really love these catheter needles and I was sticking with this brand for a while, however it’s kind of expensive for not a large quantity. I get it Covid and supply and demand but the prices of things are going up and I had to switch my vendor from this one because of the price. Other wise they’re packaged great and they get the job done. Works well with titanium grade implants and the internally threaded jewelry

Love them
So much easier then traditional piercing needles. Goes through the skin easy and simple to use. Will be using these and recommending them for doing piercings. Overall I recommend going to a shop to get a piercing but emos gotta do it old school 😆 keep it real.

Good Needles
I only got nine needles but they did work really good and were pretty fast and did the job and very sharp needles also if your piercing something it goes through but it might not feel like its in but keep pushing thats just the clear tube thing trying to go in with the needle

Works great! But
I used these to pierce my nostril and they work great! Only thing is that since it has the plastic part and the top for both the sleeve and the needle, you have to pull the needle out and cut the sleeve so you can pull the jewelry through. It was my first time using a cannula needle to pierce so I wasn’t used to it.

Not sterile
One of the needles I received had a hair sealed in the container so clearly they’re are not sterile.
