These insoles may not work for everyone as people’s feet are all very unique. BUT THEY HAVE CHANGED THE GAME FOR ME!!I have 5th pairs. They are definitely a bit pricey but I’ve never found a better product. REMEMBER TO WASH THE INSOLES BY HAND AFTER THEY LOSE THEIR STICKINESS! After drying, they come back to 100% stickiness! I can tell from some of the negative reviews that people DON’T understand this COOL feature!! They didn’t wash the insoles! All ya gotta do is read the instructions lol;pI have very flat feet and these are AWEDOME for me. They don’t work with every pair of shoes I own, but they do in the ones that need it most (I have 5 pairs of insoles).They do flatten a bit over time though, so in a few months you may need a new pair.I’ve been a Amazon Prime shopper for years buying 100’s of products but this is my first review...I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT THESE INSOLES lol!Last note; getting them in the right position takes a little figuring out and the right placement varies from shoe to shoe, so just play around a bit, you’ll figure it out.Hope these work for you as well as they did for me but everyone’s feet are different.Cheers to HAPPY FEET!!

Like others, I had tried other insoles for my PF pain, but they were too thick and made my shoes too small. Came across these on a running website reviewing the top 10 best insoles and these were listed as #2. (the top ones were WAY out of my budget) Went ahead and ordered 2 pair. Typically during the day if I sit for more than a few minutes and then get back up, I have to limp for the first first steps from the pain, then it works itself out until the next time I sit. As soon as these arrived, I put them in my shoes and took the dog for a walk. The fit was perfect for my shoes, the support was heavenly, and I didn't notice any pain. Wore them for about 2 hours before relaxing for the evening. After sitting for nearly an hour, I got up and the pain had gone from a usual 7-8 to a 1-2, it was fantastic! Today is day 2 with these insoles and I've had to adjust the one slightly, but the the adhesive holds and releases well and I've been able to re-position it a few times. The packaging says you can rinse them off and the adhesive regenerates - haven't tried that yet, but everything else has held true so I don't doubt it. Highly recommend these!

I don't typically write reviews -- good or bad. But this product is a game changer, so I wanted to share my experience with all of my fellow Plantar Fasciitis sufferers If you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and have tried every stretching exercise and every shoe insert on the market with no relief-- you should try these!I had always been an active, energetic person, but my Plantar Fasciitis pain reached a point where it took the joy out of everything and was forcing me into a sedentary lifestyle. I stopped doing activities in my free time. I had to work up the nerve to take the first step out of bed every morning; had to hold back from moaning in pain every time I had to get up from my desk at my full time job; and was just about to quit my part time job because I could no longer tolerate all of the walking and being on my feet for 5-9 hours per shift. But, I decided I would try one more solution before giving my notice.Through luck of the draw Soul Insole was the one more solution I picked. The day they arrived my heel pain was almost unbearable. I put them in my shoes and got instant relief! But I figured the real test would be wearing them for a week -- including on my 16 hour days when I am sitting at my desk for 8 hours, followed by being on my feet for 8 hours.Well experiment complete. With these insoles in my shoes (athletic shoes, dress shoes and sandals) my feet are so happy. Most of the time my relief is 100% -- and even after long days and long hours on my feet my level of pain has gone from a 9 to a 1 or 2 at the most (on a scale of 10) . After a few days of using them I noticed that even my first step out of bed in the morning seemed less painful.They take the pressure off of my heels without making my shoes tight and they don't get smelly like other inserts. They can easily be moved from shoe to shoe. Just rinse them thoroughly when you take then out of your shoes, lay them out to dry (adhesive side up) for a few minutes and the adhesive regains its stickiness, so you can use them over and over in any shoe.I just bought a another pair -- just in case I lose or damage one of my inserts. I don't ever want to be without them again. If you're suffering from Plantar Fasciitis you should seriously consider giving these a try.

I have had issues with Plantar Fasciitis for the past 6 months or so and these have helped more than ANYTHING else that I have tried thus far. They also are so much easier than a full insole. These things have saved my feet! I have been wearing them for about a month and it has completely changed my foot/heel pain. If you are having issues with Plantar Fasciitis you need to try these ASAP.

The jury is still out on these. They are comfortable, and they really do wipe clean and become sticky again! I love that feature. Although after about a month of using them, I am noticing they are getting pretty flat. My feet feel pretty good in them (I suffer from Plantar Fascists) and my left foot is completely healed up.

Saw these insoles on FB and was going to order (delivery from USA) until somebody pointed out I could get them from Amazon. The video which was sent by email fully explained how the insoles should be positioned for best results. I have been wearing them for two days now (they can be moved to different pairs of shoes). I am still aware of them but the manufacturers said this would be the case until you get used to them. They support the arch and beneath the metatarsal part of your foot and don't take up too much room in your shoes. Ifthey relieve the pain of metatarsalgia, they will be well worth the £29.99 price tag. Only gave 4 stars as too early at this point to say if they are working,

Love this product have used before, doesn’t crowd shoes fits just under arch. Is flexible so excercises foot muscles rather than you being stood on a hard arch. Need to get a few more pairs .... have Mortons neuroma which is greatly eased as the insoles prevent excessive pressure and plantar facitis which has now gone love love

Very useful- can be used and re-used. However imo a little expensive.I agree with other reviewer that they do flatten a tiny bit.yes- would buy againOver one year later- still doing well in my summer sandles- i am buying more so dont have to keep swapping!

I was training for a half marathon and even after 2km my arches would ache and I would frequently have to stop. As a 15st (male) the pounding the arches were taking even in proper running shoes was making it very difficult to run.I researched my options to try and help this problem and found these. I don't know why they are so expensive as they are essentially just two bits of soft moulded gel! However they worked brilliantly, I no longer had ANY arch pain when running and successfully completed my 1/2 marathon in Bristol last weekend. Get them - they work!

I got these for plantar fasciitis that I have been suffering with for a few months. Once I had finished physio I researched insoles and found these highly recommend. Early days but they are comfortable and have stopped my foot becoming painful when walking. Worth the money particularly when you look at the cost of some of the other options out there.
