This is my second light ive had to purchase. First one died within 30 days. 2nd light died within 60 days. Horrible quality

Lamps good, have lasted, give off more heat than a regular heating bulb, not as cheap as say Lowe’s but works great

I'm using the Exo-Terra Sun-Glo Daylight lamp with my Exo-Terra dual light canopy for a bearded dragon. The light works well, though it doesn't put out as much heat as I would hope, but since it's only 35 watts that's to be expected. It works well enough though.What I like about the lamp: 1. It fits nicely into my Exo-Terra dual light canopy and is recessed a little within it so it stands out very little. 2. It's not as expensive as a ceramic heater. 3. It's compact and doesn't take up much room in my terrarium.What I don't like about the lamp: 1. It uses two prongs instead of a screw in base, so it's a little tricky to get it plugged into my canopy. The two prong configuration also makes it specialized so that is really about the only lamp that will fit into my lighting canopy. 2. I bought four lamps when I got my dual lamp canopy. I'm using two lamps at a time and it's four months after I purchased the lighting canopy and I'm already down to my last bulb, so they only last about two months when you run the lamp for 12 hours a day. 3. Finally, and I've already mentioned this, but the lamp doesn't put out as much heat as I had hoped for. It's enough for my bearded dragon since I'm also using under tank heaters. At only 35 watts I suppose that is to be expected though.

I purchased this for the Exoterra Dual Canopy, and It fits perfect and works very well. Gives off heat, but not too much, I am using for an Electric Blue DAy Gecko, and keeps temps stable for daytime use.

Our child iguana, Iggy loves his bulb! It keeps him warm.

Do not buy. Light goes out after only a month. Waste of money.

Habe vor 4 Wochen drei der Exo Terra Sun Glo 35W mit GU10-Sockel gekauft.Gestern ist schon die zweit kaputt gegangen, nachdem vor 4 Tagen die erste kaputt ging.Die Lampen sind in einer regulären und dafür vorgesehenen Fassung mit genug Platz für Wärmeabgabe.Als die Lampe gestern kaputt ging, ist sogar die Sicherung raus geflogen.Im Bild sieht man, dass das Innere der Lampe regelrecht verkohlt ist.Nie wieder...

Set up and got up to heat fine, then blew!! Possibly just randomly faulty as not had an issue with these before

Die Lampe an sich ist super. aber wie der Vorredner schon sagte, sie hat leider eine sehr kurze Lebensdauer. Heute ist die Lampe nach nicht mal 3 Wochen Einsatz kaputt gegangen. die davor hatte wenigstens 9 Wochen gehalten. Die Rückgabe für diese Bestellung war leider nur möglich bis 20. Februar. ich werde mir diese Lampe nicht mehr auf Vorrat bestellen, sondern - wenn überhaupt noch mal online - erst, wenn die Lampe kaputt ist. in der Hoffnung, daß dies erst im Sommer passiert, so dass ich den zusätzlichen Wärmespot nicht am gleichen Tag brauche.Dann habe ich wenigstens die Chance auf Ersatz bei der kurzen RückgabeFrist, sollte sich die nächste online bestellte Lampe wieder so schnell verabschieden. Musste mir eben kurzfristig Ersatz im Zoohandel besorgen, da ich nicht damit rechnen konnte, daß man besser immer 2 Ersatzlampen braucht! ziemlich kostspieliges Unterfangen, leider noch keinen adäquaten Ersatz gefunden :(
