I purchased the 16" x 4" turner/spatula. This is certainly for some serious cooking. I can't really see using it in most skillets on the stove, but for a grill or a large griddle, this beast will easily flip two burgers at a time. It's sturdy enough to smash burgers, but given it's length, there is a little bit of flex to the head.I'm only dinging it a star because the handle came a little boogered up. It's got a few of dings and dents, and a corner has a small chip broken off. Shouldn't affect the performance, but it does look like a rush-job or like the thing was tossed around in a hopper for a while. The full-tang is nice, but the handle scales are wider than the tang, so it's a little rough on the sides.Not a bad purchase, would do it again, but if they'd spend a little more care when assembling the handle it'd be a full five stars.

This spatula is the right size and shape for cooking on our 22 inch Blackstone Griddle. Nice stainless thickness and flexibility and nice comfortable wooden handle.

God quality, strong and very functional.

Finally found a spatula that works for smaller pans, one which doesn't flex, easy to get under food.

A very good value for the price, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Overall, it works well and is as advertised. That said, I have 2 primary complaints:1. The rivets were not well seated into the wood. It's not about to fall apart or anything, but in my opinion it's evidence of mediocre manufacturing processes. I'm confident it will hold up for quite a while - it's just not high quality cookware.2. The metal is of mediocre quality. It bends with a modicum of force and does not spring back into shape. It's also a bit thicker than some of the higher-grade spatulas I've used (I used to work as a cook in a restaurant). I assume it's thicker because of the lower quality of metal (if it were thinner, I think it would bend during use).In conclusion, this is an inexpensive item, but it is worth the price. For what it's worth, I also bought another, similar spatula around the same price, and it suffers from the same issues. I would not be surprised if they were made at the same factory.
