I am an elementary fine arts teacher (art and music). I was amazed at the smooth, creamy texture and rich color that this product created. It's incredibly satisfying. My kindergartner just loved creating big beautiful rainbows and drawing with these. I know they will become an art staple for us.The best thing is how quickly they dry. It takes no time at all. None of our artwork smudged, as with oil pastels. I give this product a 5/5 for usability and the incredible WOW factor. Now if these were just a bit cheaper, I could purchase a class set and share the joy with my students, too.

Bought these so the grandkids could "paint" some unfinished wooden maracas. They all did great, from the 11 year olds down to the 3 year old. A few got some on their fingers, but only because they didn't listen to Grandpa about waiting for them to dry. Colors are very bright and pretty. Overall a great purchase, although a little bit expensive, I think. Still, they were worth it.

These colors are so rich and vibrant. They glide so smoothly across the page that I find myself drawing as well. My toddler prefers these to coloring pencils, crayons, and similar sticks. They remind me of lipstick! They wipe off very easily. I’ve had to wipe them off the kitchen table (wood), wood floors, and tile floors. No problem. They even wipe off my toddler’s skin easily as well. I will be buying more!

I am a professional artist and bought these for my young children. We all love them! Colors are vibrant and cover well. The texture of the paint stick gliding over the paper feels like applying a glue stick and is really fun. The color selection in the box is great. They dry fast so the kids can even color in a coloring book and be able to turn the page without it sticking together just a couple minutes later. The kids sit with them for hours and love the drawings they create.

Bought these for my 4 year old granddaughter to use and they were great. No muss no fuss. No clean up. The colors are nice and go on easily. The paint also dries quickly.

A friend of ours recommended paint sticks as a fun activity for our little one. The others that I saw were short and thicker than these but with our LO hands, I felt it would be better to find ones that are longer and thinner. These are great! There is a full box of 12 colors and none had an issue of being dry fresh out of the package. My original intention to use these was so our LO could decorate a pumpkin. This is much better than traditional liquid paint for those that have smaller kids since that causes such a mess. Its super easy to clean up. I only had to use a baby wipe to get what smudged on his hands and the table. It does go on a little wet and only takes a bit to dry but that depends on how much is applied. Its great to work with on paper as well. Smooth application and fairly saturated colors. The only thing that we had issues with is the twist does not work backwards. I am not sure if we had a bad batch but none of the sticks would retract, it only seems to function one way, outwards. Had to waste some product due to this which isn't ideal. So try and make sure not to be heavy handed when twisting out.

Nice for the price

If you've been looking for a fun or different art product to try, these are for you. It's basically super quick drying paint in marker form. It glides on and the shiny ones are super cool too! I use these in my sketchbook a lot for getting out quick ideas. My kids also love them. They're great for roughing in backgrounds that you might want to look painted. They don't make the paper wrinkle in my sketchbook either. I just love them!
