Must for women approaching menopause and others
I'm writing this review after 3 years of knee pain due to injury to cartilage or ligament, which you are told to wait to heal.So long Time went i damaged my other knee as I overused it help the damaged one heal.3 years in pain and after taking this supplement for a week now smy inflammation is gone, wanished and of course pain gone with it. I only realise the inflammation that was there as it's so different now.Also this possibility was due to hormones and menopause and lack of estrogen as it can cause inflammation in joints etc.This is must for every woman.I came across this accidentally. I cried at doctors in pain yet all was told there was painkillers.Thanking my good luck.

Been waiting for this for a long time!
Having suffered from arthritis in my knee for the past 5 years following 2 ACL reconstruction operations due to footballing injuries, I was forced to stop running. Having tried various tumeric supplements without much success, a friend recommended deflame so I gave it a go and the results have been remarkable! After 2-3 weeks of taking deflame daily, the pain in my knee reduced noticeably, so much so that I was able to run again after 5 years!

This is a really clever product and I'm seeing real benefits. I looking for something to help alleviate the pain in my fingers. I have an office job and I need to type a lot so it was a really problem for me. Particularly in the morning and when it's chilly. I have to say I noticed the different within a week. The best part is I quite enjoy the taste - it's reassuring that it tastes like the ingredients. Fast delivery, great service. Recommended.

Recommended to buy this from my doctor for my stiff joints and it has definitely helped. Love the spicy taste, I usually take it straight from a spoon. Not into any of the smoothies they advertise making as I'm always on the go and rarely have time.The best thing about it is that it is that it's pretty much replaced my other supps, or at least take priority over them, simply due to it being liposomal and me knowing its going to be more effective than tablet.It also feels/looks very natural, so no worries about harmless chemicals etc.Definitely buying more once it runs out.

I like the follow up recipes and advice for users of Deflame. I pour my daily tablespoonful into a glass of almond or soya milk or water and it makes a pleasant gingery tasting drink. No extra tablets or sprays. Good value at the price. Too early to say whether it makes a difference but I'm optimistic!
