work well but burning tips loosen after continued use

Overall this is a good kit for the money. If I had to say anything bad about it then I would say my iron did not reach the temperatures that were set on the digital display. Example when set to 800F the hottest I measured the iron at when set to that temperature was about 564F, but really not too big a deal for me because it heats up very quickly. I would have given it five stars if it did reach the same temperatures that were indicated. The insulation around the hand grip works great. I have had several similar irons in the past and usually had to wear gloves to keep my hand from burning from the excessive heat going back into the iron. As far as the overall design of the iron I would like to see it with a little longer cord. The fine tip did not last terribly long, but I want to chalk it up to running out of tip cleaner. The tip may have just deteriorated fairly quickly because it stayed dirty and hot for a very long time. I have been using the iron a lot as my new favorite iron and I guess the next update review would be on how long the iron itself lasts. For the set overall I would get rid of the coaxial wire cutter because not very many people would use it and either replace it would a regular wire cutter or straight tweezers.

Over time the tip became wiggly no matter how much I tightened it. It’s a cheap wood burner but comes with a lot of stencils and other cool things.

This is my 2nd wood burner. The other was similar in price and style but was much easier to use got hotter and ran smoother across the wood. This broke 2 tips within the 1st hour of using it. I burned 3 spoons and broke 2 tips and it took a very long time with several passes to make the drawing visible. The handle gets very hot when using and the gloves didn't help and even melted while holding the handle I didn't touch the the part that supposed to get hot just the handle . I will be returning this
