Does the job
I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I also suffer from insomnia, so needed to find something that would help me sleep without making me too groggy in the mornings and effecting my CFS symptoms.So I thought I would rather try the herbal route rather that a strong pharmaceutical medicine.This product seems to do the job. I start with one an hour before bed and it gets to nice and relaxed before sleep. If I am a bit wired or anxious I take 2 before bed. My quality of sleep has improved, & after a week or so, it helps you get into a better routine.It doesn't knock you out, as its more of an aid to get you relaxed and drowsy and ready for a nice night's sleep. And it also doesn't make you feel so groggy and hard to get up.I hope this review was helpful.

ive tried these for a while to help me sleep but they haven't worked
