Wow....this REALLY works, highly recommended.
Bought one for my wife who has spinal arthritis, vast improvement in movement and pain relief. So easy to use, just put it on the floor and lie on it for 10 to 20 minutes a day. So good i bought two more for my brother in law and son who are also just as pleased/amazed.

Can feel a difference in my back
Needed a pretty strong arm to put together. I’ve used this for a few minutes every day for about 2 weeks and can finally feel a difference in my back. I wasn’t sure it was doing anything at first but stick with it

Works for under 45's
Could do with the raised bobbles being rubber or silicone for a bit more comfort but otherwise good.

Cheap and flimsy - unsure of benefits
I'm sure many have bumped into this product on TikTok, seeing the amazing results and clicking it can provide.I've tried using it on every height - not only did it not provide any relief, it seemed to have aggravated my back pain even more.
