I am not sure how the top of my old grinder was lost but I never thought of looking for a replacement. This worked perfect and surprised so affordable. Beat buying a new one.

Although the product was advertised as "fits most pepper grinders," it didn't fit mine, unfortunately.

Does not work with Fletchers' Mill Pepper Mills
Nice product but FYI - it does not work with Fletchers' Mill pepper mills. It did fit initially so I was excited, but it can't screw down far enough to make the pepper mill work.

It doesn't fit on the Peugeot pepper grinder it was intended to - presumably having an empirical thread. It cost me $40NZD to get it to NZ and it is no use to me at all. Be careful and ask if it will fit your device - I assumed it would and that was my mistake.
