Apparently 6mg of melatonin is A LOT. And it causes insomnia. I tried taking the whole capsule, never worked, then tried taking half the content in the capsule (3mg), still doesn't work.

Been using this for a week now and honestly I wasn't expecting it to be this good.This product is 100 percent legit and I suggest you to keep all lights off and restrain from any electronic devices before you hit the bed.Ideally I take it 2-3 hours before bedtime and it makes me sleepy AF.I would never take sleeping and I have had other supplements from other companies too but this particular brand and product suits me really well.

Worst tablet. I was having 4 to 5 hours of sleep, wanted to increase the time to 8 hours, so bought this tablet. But once I take this tablet, I am getting woken up in just 2 hours. My mother didn't get even one hour sleep. This was supposed to increase quality and duration of sleep but actually it is affecting.

Way too large capsules that with get stuck in aesophagus. Capsule repatedly getting ruptured before reaching the stomach and the powder inside gets regurgitated back to your mouth, nose, airway etc.
