Order arrived early this time, solidly frozen exactly as advertised. Photos show product thawed, hickory cold smoked, basic SPG seasoning, sous vide 130 Deg F for 24-Hrs, finished with a torch and thoroughly enjoyed! Turned out GREAT as expected. Of course, I'll buy it again!

Used the rub and threw on the smoker. It cooked up perfectly! Sliced it thin and put it on a hard roll with horseradish. Amazing!!! Make sure you slice it against the grain of the meat!! WOW

I love Nebraska Star but Amazon ruined this order! I want a refund.

Very disappointed. The meat wasn't big to put up for a few meals. For the same price could have went to my local store. Very unhappy..
