This massage gun is awesome! It's SO versatile, convenient, and easy to use on the couch or in bed. It's extremely powerful and effective in reducing muscle pain, strain and soreness. It has multiple massage settings and has a very long battery life. I love the different shaped heads that you can use on various body parts for targeted relief.This massage gun is a must for those who suffer from neck/back pain, chronic pain and stiffness! It improves circulation, relieves aches and pains and truly improves your quality of life! Everyone should have a massage gun of their own!

So far have mostly used the first setting of six. This has plenty of power and the highest setting is more than double this. I have used it on my neck, shoulders, feet and legs. Loosens up some really tight muscles.

Since I got laid off early of this year due to Covid, I have been concentrating more on my tennis coaching, but I have been pulling my calf and shoulder muscles quite frequently.so, I decided to try out one of these massage guns.it is super easy to operate and way better than any other massage equipment that I have at home. It has different setting of speed and also comes with many different massage heads (even though I am only using one or two) that can massage all part of my body.it work pretty awesome and gives me quick relief (probably temporary, but it works), but the only gripe that I have is that the battery lasts a bit less than advertised. However, it is pretty acceptable battery life.other than that, it is a very good massage gun for any sport people.

The media could not be loaded.  I use this massage gun on my shoulders and arms. It’s easy to do myself when I use the back of a chair to support my arm. I like this much better than the previous model that I purchased because this one has a higher rate of vibration. It really helps me. My husband and I also massage each other’s backs.I also like the nonslip silicone handle. Comes in handy to prevent slipping out of your hands when using the high vibration speed.The weight of this gun is a tiny bit under 2 lbs. 6 oz.See my video for noise level and vibration variations.
