Wild in Rio

I snatched this book up because I really enjoyed Adams's Seventh Inning Heat. I was not disappointed. That it was an Olympic love story was just a bonus. I love all things Olympics, and reading this enjoyable book while watching the games in Rio was a fun treat. Lots of good conflict, both internal and external, lots of REALLY good sex, and a satisfying love story. A great, quick read!

Oh how I loved this novella!From the prologue it tugged at my heartstrings and I felt the pull throughout the story. Padraig and Ever, such opposites on paper but so alike on the inside. The connection between the 2 was so special and heartfelt, so genuine.I just adored both of them.

Loved this novella so much! Ever and Padraig's story was both heartfelt and sexy and was the perfect thing to get me out of my reading slump and into the spirit of the Olympic games. This is my first read by Lyssa Kay Adams and I will most definitely be checking out more.

I was bracing over the equestrian stuff--so many writers get the details wrong. But Adams mostly avoids a lot of the potential problem areas. It's not terribly horsey, but the heroine is an equestrian, so I'll take it! Oh, and the yucky love stuff was good, too. ;)

This is a quick and easy read about two athletes who share a wonderful and unique moment in time. That moment sets the pace for the rest of their story. Enjoyed all three books about the games in Rio.

Cannot wait for more from Lyssa Adams!
