Good replacement perfect fit

Better than OEM plastic
More solid than the OEM part I replaced, so I think it will last a while. I’ll say it’s not an exact match for the part I replaced on my 05 duramax (lly), it doesn’t have a “valley”, but it does seem to work perfectly as a bolt-on replacement and has run without issue for 1k so far.

Don't know who's fault but the edge came damaged. Other then that works as it should
The edge came damaged, I had to sand it to prevent damaging the belt itself. Come on Amazon you can do better than this. Works fine on a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax

Exact match
With 225 thousand miles the original pulley and still in good condition, the new idler pulley should give me another 225 thousand.

Fit well except a PITA to get belt on due to diameter being slightly larger that OEM pulley

Does not have the raised edges on the sides to keep the belt from slipping off it is not a direct replacement

The slightest play
This fit perfectly and looks just like the factory pulley on my Duramax; however, just wiggling it in my hand I detected the slightest play in the bearing--actually, just about the same as the 100k mile pulley it replaced. Maybe that means the factory pulley was just fine (this was a preventative replacement), but the smooth drive pulleys I also replaced (which were making noise) had perceptible play in hand while the AC Delco replacements did not. So, while this is an anecdotal account, we'll see in another 100k miles whether my hand feel is prescient.
