I Wasn't Expecting this to taste delicious. It's Delicious And has all the components that are needed. I Got A boost of energy. Tried it in cold water will try in hot water.

I love this product for immune boosting and it does a great job especially when traveling. Has a mild stevia after taste, but I’m ok with that because I like the all natural ingredients. My only wish is that, while these small packets are great for travel and on the go, I would like a more economic and less-packaging friendly resealable pouch+measuring scoop version to use at home.

It actually curbs hunger and keeps you full

Does as instructed and taste is not that bad at all. However, it only dissolves in hot water and clumps up no matter what you do in cold water. Will try the K-Cups next as I have to use the Keurig anyway. I think they would benefit from making all their products into the k-cups and ditching the powder.

I've drank many energy drinks. Although this one smells fantastic... it is disgusting! NEVER mixes or dissolves. I even tried it in a blender with water & a little ice. Still had big clumps!! Sorry, not sorry, NOT going to drink it. This is going in the trash can.

I was having some trouble sleeping (tossing and turning, fitful sleep), so my husband went and bought this from Walmart. I was skeptical at first. This can be mixed with hot or cold water, but I recommend it hot. It has a more tea like flavor.First impression, it looked disgusting. Like paint water. But it tastes really nice! Like the packaging says, I drink my cup about 30 minutes before bed. I've had it 5 nights in a row, and according to my husband it seems to have helped.A few notes. It is relaxing to drink. I dont know if this will apply to everyone, but I've fallen asleep faster, and feel so relaxed when I wake up. I have also been having dreams every nignt, which isn't usual for me. As far as digestion help, I can already tell I'm more "regular". I'm not sure yet if it's from the tea or another part if my diet, but it may turn your poo green.Definitely recommend. I actually bought two more of the boxes from here on Amazon and shipping was fast.

Clean ingredients!! Great for lifestyle on-the-go!! I have many digestive issues and this formulary does not cause any digestive distress. Many "clean" energy supplements these days include sucralose, food color additives and/or too much beet root extract that I just can't seem to handle well, at all. I have been purchasing every month, sometimes a few times a month and instead of paying near $4-$5/day on a matcha green tea drink from the store or drive thru (with unknown added ingredients) I can take one of these along with me to toss in some water. It does take some use to how the product dissolves. In hot water it needs to be mixed well just as much as it does with cold water. I like to dump it in a water bottle and shake it up really really well. The benefit of the clean ingredients outweighs the fact I have to stir it well or shake it up well. Good stuff. No jitters, smooth energy increase and no crash!! Would buy this product in bulk if I could!!
